These terms apply to purchases made from SooperSaverFresh (Sooper saver Ltd), Saint Paul's Square, Bedford MK40 1SQ, UK.

Our products

We sell fresh fruit and vegetables, including Afro-Caribbean and Asian produce. As our products are fresh and seasonal, availability may vary. Every order is quality checked before dispatch.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£). An order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly — in which case you'll receive a full refund for the affected items.

Delivery

We deliver within the UK only. Our delivery options and charges are set out in our Shipping policy. We'll confirm your order by email when it's on its way.

Freshness and quality

Please check your order on arrival. If any item arrives damaged or is missing, contact us at soopersaverfresh@gmail.com, ideally within 24 hours, with a photo of the affected items, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Returns & refund page for more.
