Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK. We also offer a local delivery service within 5 miles of our Bedford store, and you can collect your order from our store if you prefer.
How much does delivery cost?
UK standard delivery costs £3.99 and is free on orders over £60. Local delivery within 5 miles of our Bedford store costs £3.99 and is free on orders over £35 (minimum order £15).
How long will my order take to arrive?
UK standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Local delivery and store pickup are usually available much sooner — we'll confirm the details when you place your order.
Can I pick up my order from your store?
Yes — pickup in store is available. We'll let you know when your order is ready to collect.
Freshness and quality
How fresh is your produce?
Every order is quality checked before dispatch. We work hard to make sure your fruit and vegetables arrive in the best possible condition.
What happens if an item arrives damaged or is missing from my order?
Please contact us at soopersaverfresh@gmail.com as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo of the affected items. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Will I receive substitutions?
We won't substitute items without asking. If something you ordered is unavailable, we'll get in touch before dispatch to agree an alternative or remove it from your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus any other secure online payment methods shown at checkout.
